“Aetosky”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” means AETOSKY PTE. LTD. (UEN: 201300534H), which manages the information collected from users of our Service.

Aetosky recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of young users. We do not specifically target or address anyone under the age of 13, nor do we knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age.

If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Aetosky Sites at any time or in any manner. Our services are not designed for children, and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in monitoring their children's online activities.

What to Do If a Child Has Provided Us with Personal Data

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at support@aetosky.com.

Upon notification, we are committed to taking all necessary steps to remove such information from our servers and to ensure that it is not used for any purpose.

If Aetosky discovers that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information without the requisite verification of parental consent, we will take swift action to delete this information from our records. This is in compliance with both our internal policies and applicable law.

We believe it is vital to provide added protection for children online and encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Aetosky does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
